Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product delivered is expired at the time of delivery
  • An incorrect product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof for any claim

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products that have been used or partially used
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Opened or tampered products
  • Claims raised without sufficient proof
  • Requests that do not meet the stated policy conditions

Verification Process

All return requests are subject to a verification process to ensure quality and fairness:

  • Submitted images and unboxing videos will be reviewed
  • Product packaging and batch details will be verified
  • Additional information may be requested if necessary
  • Approval is granted only after successful verification

Refund Process

Once a return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI

Replacement Policy

In certain cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund:

  • Subject to product availability
  • After successful quality verification
  • At the sole discretion of Sashika

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted

  • Restrict services for misuse of return/refund requests
