Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged
- The product delivered is expired at the time of delivery
- An incorrect product was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video is required as proof for any claim
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns and refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Products that have been used or partially used
- Items returned without original packaging
- Opened or tampered products
- Claims raised without sufficient proof
- Requests that do not meet the stated policy conditions
Verification Process
All return requests are subject to a verification process to ensure quality and fairness:
- Submitted images and unboxing videos will be reviewed
- Product packaging and batch details will be verified
- Additional information may be requested if necessary
- Approval is granted only after successful verification
Refund Process
Once a return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI
Replacement Policy
In certain cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund:
- Subject to product availability
- After successful quality verification
- At the sole discretion of Sashika
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted
Rights Reserved
Sashika reserves the right to:
- Reject any request that does not comply with this policy
- Decline claims that cannot be verified or validated
- Restrict services for misuse of return/refund requests
- Take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws
Important Notice
- Product packing processes may be recorded for quality control and verification purposes
- The final decision rests with Sashika in all return and refund matters
